I believe the human body was designed with intelligence, order, and the ability to regulate itself when properly supported. Health is not random — it is the result of systems working in balance. When imbalance occurs, the body communicates through symptoms. My philosophy is to listen to those signals and address why they are happening, not simply suppress them.

I hold a Master’s degree in Herbal Medicine, and my work is rooted in scientifically supported, plant-based approaches that help bring the body back into homeostasis. Rather than focusing on symptom management alone, I look at underlying contributors to imbalance and use targeted botanical strategies to support the body’s natural regulatory systems.

Plants contain bioactive compounds that interact with human physiology in measurable, research-documented ways. When properly selected and prepared, plant-based formulations can be easier for the body to recognize, digest, and metabolize than synthetic compounds. My approach prioritizes evidence-informed herbal support that works with the body’s design rather than attempting to override it.

My philosophy is also shaped by my faith. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, and I believe God created the body with intention and provided within creation the tools needed to support health. The natural world was not created without purpose — it was designed with provision. I see science not as separate from faith, but as a way of understanding the order and wisdom God built into the body and the plants that support it.
